Farmed sustainably at a 3rd generation family run farm based in the Tormo River National Park in Italy.

Their sturgeon swim in pure spring water which bubbles up through the ground already clean enough to pass international drinking water standards. The caviar is produced on-site at their own EU certified laboratory by Ukrainian salt experts, because only they know the true secrets of the Malossol (“little salt,”) preservation technique. The purity of the water gives their caviar its clean, pure, and fresh taste.
